Step 3/4: See Data in Device Manager
1. Capture the Scan to onboard QR code (left side of label).
MultiTech automatically adds your shipped devices to your Device Manager account. If you don’t see the device in your account, turn your rCell 300 over to view its label.
2. Verify internet access and check-in status.
Once your rCell 300 has internet access, as indicated by steady green LEDs for Internet and Power, the device automatically checks into Device Manager. The check-in process could take up to five minutes to complete.
Note: If you are not using a GNSS antenna, the LED for Location will be flashing green.
3. Create your Device Manager account and/or log in to see if your device checked in.
Go to on https://cloud.multitech.com to access Device Manager. If your rCell 300 successfully checked in, try sending a command remotely.
Note: Use your work email so MultiTech can add future shipments to this account automatically.
