At MultiTech, Scott is focused on accelerating innovation, strengthening customer and partner relationships, and driving sustainable growth across the company’s global IoT business.
Sean Fleming
Sean Fleming serves as Vice President of Transformation at MultiTech, leading strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence, business performance, and organizational growth. With experience spanning management consulting, private equity, and technology-enabled industries, Sean has led growth strategy, performance improvement, and transformation programs across global organizations. Prior to joining MultiTech, he held leadership roles with Bain & Company, Emblem Investments, and SkiesFifty. At MultiTech, Sean is focused on accelerating strategic execution, enhancing operational effectiveness, and supporting the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Andrew Houen
Andrew Houen serves as Chief Financial Officer of MultiTech, bringing more than 25 years of financial leadership experience across technology, manufacturing, distribution, and industrial organizations. Throughout his career, he has led corporate finance, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and operational transformation initiatives that drive growth and improve business performance. Prior to joining MultiTech, Andrew held executive leadership positions with Volumetric Building Companies, WestRock, W. R. Grace, Williams Scotsman, and GE. At MultiTech, he is focused on strengthening financial performance, supporting strategic growth, and helping scale the company’s global IoT business.

Mike Doty serves as Chief Operating Officer of MultiTech, leading the company’s global operations, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and distribution functions. With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Mike has held executive roles at Arrow Electronics, SMTC, Scientific Games, Sanmina, and Avnet, where he led large-scale operational transformations, supply chain optimization initiatives, and business growth programs. At MultiTech, he is focused on driving operational excellence, enhancing customer experience, and building a high-performance culture that supports the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Alp Sezen
Alp Sezen serves as Chief Product Officer of MultiTech, leading product strategy and innovation across the company’s industrial IoT portfolio. With more than 20 years of experience in IoT, edge computing, and embedded systems, Alp has held leadership roles at PEAK3, Avnet, Supermicro, and Intel, where he drove product development, ecosystem growth, and global go-to-market initiatives.
