Stefan Lindvall

Chief Executive Officer

Stefan Lindvall brings more than 20 years of high-level experience in the wireless industry to MultiTech. Prior to joining MultiTech, Lindvall founded Connected Development, one of the leading wireless design services companies in the U.S. Prior to Connected Development, Stefan served as President of the Americas at Wavecom and before that held various leadership positions at Sony-Ericsson and Ericsson including, Vice President m2m Sales, Americas.

David York

Chief Financial Officer

With more than 20 years of experience in finance within global and mid-market companies, David oversees all financial, IT and human resources activities for MultiTech. He is responsible to ensure accurate financial management and reporting, and manage day-to-day banking, treasury, and operating cash flow, as well as coordinate all legal and insurance matters. Prior to joining MultiTech, he has served as CFO for multiple organizations including SmartWave Technologies, Prinova Group, Mama Tish’s Italian Specialties and Bio-Dyne Corp. and as COO for Summit Industries. He began his career in finance as an auditor at Price Waterhouse after achieving his masters in accountancy from Miami University.

Steve Hackney

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Steve leads global supply chain with responsibility for procurement, manufacturing, logistics, quality, safety, and sustainability. Over more than 30 years in engineering and manufacturing management, Steve has accumulated a detailed understanding of product development and manufacturing operations. Prior to his work in the electronics industry, Steve worked on product design and project management in the automotive sector. He has also held responsibility for manufacturing operations for a tier-one supplier to automotive OEMs.

Duane Wald

Chief Product Officer

A farmer by lineage, an engineer by education, and a MultiTech veteran of more than 35 years, Duane brings a pragmatic approach to growth and improving business performance. His experience spans across engineering, operations, sales, business development, and marketing. As Chief Product Officer, Duane is responsible for the company’s products and services.

Michael Siriska

VP and General Manager, Custom Solutions

As Vice President & General Manager of Custom Solutions at MultiTech Systems, Michael is a results-driven executive with over 20 years of experience scaling businesses and leading high-performing teams. He specializes in turning strategic vision into measurable growth, as demonstrated by creating a new business unit that delivered a $50M-revenue year through the combination of product teams and technologies. His approach is guided by aligning with disciplined execution, fostering genuine customer relationships, and ensuring tailored solutions that position clients for lasting success, embodying Peter Drucker’s insight: “The best way to predict the future is to create it.”

Tony Morris

Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Tony Morris is an accomplished technology executive with over 25 years of senior leadership experience in sales and marketing across the IoT, telecom, and enterprise software sectors. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing at MultiTech, Tony brings a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth for various ventures, including achieving 25% year-over-year revenue growth and a 900% increase in services revenue at Sierra Wireless, where he also successfully integrated In Motion Technology. His career includes pivotal leadership roles at Cambio Earth Systems, MetaSolv Software, and NX Networks, where he shaped product direction, expanded global sales, and launched award-winning solutions. With deep expertise in cloud, IoT, communications infrastructure, and embedded hardware and software, Tony is known for his ability to align strategic vision with operational execution, build high-performance teams, and connect technology to real-world outcomes, all guided by a collaborative, customer-centric approach. He holds a degree in Cybernetics and Control Engineering from the University of Reading.
